The city of Tualatin obtained an ASR limited license in
2004. Up to 475 million gallons per year of injected treated water is
authorized by the Oregon Water Resources Department and located within the Grande Ronde Basalt member of the Columbia River Basalts.
Currently 1 ASR well and 1 ASR exploratory well are located on-site.

- Cost of planning and construction: $2.5 million
- Cost to pump and treat: $1.35 per ccf
